Every time someone emerges from the silence to share their mental illness story, we move one step closer to a world where there is no more stigma. And that’s amazing. But we need to take it a step further.

We need to share HOW we manage our mental illness. We need to talk about therapy and acupuncture and exercise and reiki and massage and yoga – and the medication we take every day so that we can put one foot in front of the other and lead meaningful lives.

When we share our strategies, treatment and coping tools, we’re showing those who are stuck in the dark that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. Help us make a difference and inspire hope by sharing what YOU do to manage your mental health. You might just save a life.
